Rants - Assignments & Team Members

It’s 1 in a Friday morning, here I am blogging.

Well I have a rant… on how my college life is going down the toilet. (Yeah you can actually see it swirling down the bowl)

I am fine having tons of work, assignment, projects, presentation etc etc, when it is the right workload with the right amount of the time to finish the task. But hey what if you add the work team members in it, every task I am about to have is suppose to be easier to complete right?
WRONG!

Well I would like to let you know that I have LAZY team members (not Joanna & Eva, so you know who you are). Okay maybe they are not all that lazy but somehow they just made my task like hell.

Call me the project manager, team leader or whatever. Here there are showing me faces when I make some decision, order them to do things etc. I mean when you all decided call me a project manager I am supposed to be the one with all the “responsibility”. Whereas if anything goes wrong, fingers will start pointing at no one but me.

Who knows you all might start saying I am a bad project manager just because everything is in such a mess. Blame it all on the leader… “she didn’t have good time management, she didn’t tell me anything, she called me to just sit there and let her do all the work etc”

Why am I so stupid to volunteer to be in all these type of position anyway? Or in other way of saying it. Why did I choose those people as my team members In the first place?

*sigh* No one to relay on than myself. Pathetic isn’t it?

I want a cigarette really badly right now.

I am so going to have a drink or two, get drunk, if I finish all these tasks in one piece.
