I get into a white button down shirt, wore a black pant, slip into my black leather shoe and tie all my hair back into a pony tail.
It has been quite awhile since I did that (4-5 months ago), where I was once again getting ready for work. It brings back a lot of memories; it seems just yesterday I went into a whole new working environment.
This is a new outlet I am going to (MYDIN, USJ), and I now have a new supervisor (which I do not know off) and team leader (Allen who used to be a promoter too). (See how lost I can be now and then?)
Since the outlet is sort of new, I did not have much to complain about. However, some places (inside the storage area) stinks (I do mean it), and I hated we need to move our booth through the evaluator (talk about the trouble it cause us).
The crowd was okay too, more skewed on Malays (which I already expected, it is MYDIN). I did sell at least 30 something bottles of Vanish Liquid (thanks promotion price). I did interact with some nice friendly consumer and did meet a few dozen of those that just ignore you or brushes me off (I am so used to it, that the rejection feeling just doesn’t exist anymore). And talk about how many “thank you” I said today, and smiles I put on my face (I feel like a plastic).
It was basically boring, leg killing (it hurts even now) and energy draining job, but it is somewhat my way to find some quick money. I too lost my stamina to stand for 7 hours, which I used to have after awhile working for this company last year.
Like I always say “eyes on the money”, to survive another working day.

V-A-N-I-S-H
I am working tomorrow (for one day only) …… “GREAT”!
It is a buffer for someone; I wonder why I sign up myself for a boring day at MYDIN, selling Vanish. (for those who do not know what is Vanish, it is a bleach promise not to bleach off colours when using)
Look at the bright side (I guess), at least I get some extra cash to spend. *grins*

Cuts At Work
Theoretically at 2 in a Monday morning (with my slight but getting serious headache) I can’t believe I am here blogging instead of doing tons of other things that I should be doing. (which is IMPORTANT)
After almost 4 days of only 5 hours to sleep, I can actually starting to felt that my body is going to give up itself. I got to admit I am starting to get old. Working hard and studying hard for the past month just strain my body completely. I am glad that I said I want to stop working for awhile. Right before I notice that I will fall apart anytime soon.
Something I never expected during my last day at work.
Cuts on my palm while helping other TS dismantle their booth.

Airwick Beads Giant USJ
This weekend I ask to be moved to Giant, USJ because my TS friend is moving over there. So here is my experience, thoughts and rants about the weekend that I have go through by promoting for Airwick Beads.
Well the first thing that got my attention is that Jusco have a better stock room than Giant. Cause Giant’s stock room was quite messed up and with tons of stocks aka boxes stack high above (let’s says 30 feet above the ground?). Besides that Giant have a yucky staff entrance, which have puddles of water (dirty water) and stinky smell (because it is near the dumpster). Yeah and not to forget that stinky toilet, it smells so bad that I could actually be puke out all my food from lunch because of that smell (I seriously don’t want to talk about it). Plus we’ll didn’t get to slack much because our supervisor is always around and someone who is suppose to be important is around. (Screw them)
When there is bad or the worst thing ever, there sure are some good things during my weekend. The first great thing is that I have live through another weekend and earned a few more hundred. Secondly I did have a lot of fun getting to know new TS and etc, especially about gossip and some back stabbing. For the record, this project is something that I have really sell compare to the previous project, and I am proud. Haha.

Bye Bye Huggies Ultra
Officially I have finished my second project.
Here is how my second half of the project went…
By knowing most of the staffs and promoters helped time passes by a little faster…
Generally everything went just fine and like always boring as ever
So that is the end for Huggies Ultra.
Now I can’t wait for my paycheck. XD

Project Two : Huggies Ultra
Today I just finish the first week for my second project, and I am exhausted. After three days of plain standing for 8 hours, I doubt that anyone would not be as exhausted as I am.
So basically this time I am selling Huggies Ultra, diapers for babies up to 11kg which have a few features etc (let’s cut all the crap eh?). My job is to basically introduce the brand, pursuit the parents to buy it and give them samples.
Easy? Not even close to it, if you ask me. Well I mean generally it is easy besides standing for 8 hours, using all the strength you could summon up to pursuit the consumer to purchase, and yeah to fix and dismantle the booth EACH DAY. (Mind you it is 100% hard solid wood *ahem*) Yeah I am doing all those hard work.
Well the bright side of this project is that I got to know some new TS friends that are suffering as much as I do. Life is so much easier if you got a friend or two to talk to at times.
Did I mention that I am working in Jusco and it just suck there. Besides having a strict rule for dozens of things like your hair need to bun up, you need to wear black socks etc. You have to keep your booth during lunch break too (FUCK THEM). The price of not doing so will be an anxiety hits on those TS because their booth will be removed (those fuckers).
That is all I could think of or felt like writing anyway. Mind my language.
Three more days to go… I am so looking forward for it yet I do hope that that day never comes. (talk about mixed feelings)

My First Job.
Being desperate for money (since I overspend like a few hundred bucks on September) I decided to get a job over the weekends.
Through my friend, I got a job as a promoter for Laurier in Guardian, Sunway Pyramid. It pays me 70 bucks a day for 8 hours. I worked for two days, which earned me 140 bucks.
So here is the story of my first ever job.
I was force to dress in a really stupid costume that is a blue rain coat, white boots and to hold an umbrella.
Besides that, walking around in Guardian with a very uncomfortable boots and plastic rain coat makes my leg hurt like crap and I actually scare people in a way especially when I approach them.

This is how bad my leg hurt.
I was basically walking for at least 6 hours a day for the past two day.
And selling sanitary pad in a hideous costume isn’t helping my day go faster either.
What an experience for a first job eh?
Eyes on the money I guess.
